    PEAK PERFORMANCE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM        $100.00  
    The Peak Performance Weight Loss Program is a 4 week program that was created to
    optimize body composition (lose weight or gain muscle tissue) by establishing a
    healthy menu plan.  This program takes the information from the Personalized Nutrition
    Plan (included in the program), and with the help of your Specialist in Performance
    Nutrition, teaches you how to create meals for your specific goals, energy expenditure
    and dietary preferences.  Includes a copy of the Peak Performance Weight Loss
    Program Workbook and weekly 50 minute sessions (3) to insure success.  Upon
    completion of this program, you will have a greater understanding of sound nutrition
    for optimal health and the ability to create your own healthy menus.  Topics include:
  • Proper hydration
  • Vitamin and Mineral supplementation
  • Roles of Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats in altering body composition
  • Creating a healthy menu for fat loss and muscle gain
