    TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
    The TRX was developed by a Navy SEAL to keep his team in
    peak shape without traditional fitness equipment and very
    limited training space.  Every Suspension Training exercise
    builds strength and improves flexibility, balance and core
    stability.  I originally bought the TRX to add intensity to my
    professional athletes bodyweight training, but quickly found
    myself using it with all of my clients.  It has become an
