    Performance Nutrition is a relatively new field that recognizes that as intensity of an

    PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PLAN                                  
    The Performance Nutrition Plan is a 50 minute session that will help you develop a
    nutritional strategy to lose body fat, increase muscle mass or improve performance.  
    The first half of the analysis includes accurate weight, height, circumference, body fat
    % measurements and guidance setting realistic goals based on your current level of
    health and fitness.  The second half of the analysis includes a detailed printout of
    your statistics and personalized nutritional guidelines to maximize your results.  The
