    NEW CLIENT PACKAGE                                                        $99.00
    The New Client Package includes everything you need to begin a successful fitness
    program.  Session one includes a comprehensive fitness assessment including
    weight, circumference, body composition measurements and realisitic goal setting
    based on the results.  The practical portion of the assessment includes a full
    evaluation of posture, core stability, flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness.  Session
    two includes a full workout including cardio, strength and flexibility training based on
    your current level of fitness and goals.  Session 3 includes another full workout and
    an illustrated printout of your 4 week training program.


    4 SESSION PROGRAM                                                         $120.00
    (1) 50 minute workout per week for 4 weeks.

    8 SESSION PROGRAM                                                         $240.00
    (2) 50 minute workouts per week for 4 weeks.

    12 SESSION PROGRAM                                                       $360.00
    (3) 50 minute workouts per week for 4 weeks.  

    SINGLE SESSION                                                                   $30.00
    If you already have a solid base in exercise and just need a little assistance in
    overcoming an obstacle or want to put some variety in your workout, the Plateau
    Breaker is for you.  This session can be arranged as an in-person consultation or by
    telephone.

    VO2 MAX TESTING                                                               $125.00
    Each VO2 Max Test begins with a comprehensive health assessment to identify any
    potential contraindications to an increased intensity in aerobic training.  The actual
    test measures the amount of oxygen your body uses at different exertion levels while
    you exercise on a bike or treadmill.  This is done as you breathe through a mask
    during a short workout.  The recorded information is then used to calculate your
    personal target intensity zones.  These zones will give you the specific target heart
    rates required for each level of intensity.  Based on the results of this test, you will
    work with a certified Endurance Fitness Trainer to create a 4 week cardio program
    specific to your training goals.
