This package includes everything you need to begin a successful fitness and nutrition program. Session one includes a full fitness assessment. The clinical assessment includes weight, circumference, body composition measurements and realistic goal setting based on the results. The practical portion of the assessment includes evaluation of posture, core stability, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Sesssion two includes a full workout based on the information obtained in the fitness assessment and target caloric intakes based on your goals. Session three includes another full workout and information to help create meals that fit into your nutritional plan. 2 Sessions the first week and 1 session per week for the next 3 weeks keeps the consistency and includes a nutritional program to help you maximize your results and reach your goals quickly. Consistency and a solid plan are the keys to fitness progress, and the 10 Session Program will move you quickly and safely towards your fitness goals. This program includes a fitness assessment and (9) 60 minute sessions including a full workout and structured program to create a nutritional plan that maximizes results.
want to put some variety in your workout, the Plateau Breaker is for you. This session can be arranged as an in-person consultation or by telephone. In some cases, all you need is a quick session with a professional to put your current program back on track or get quick answers to your training questions. The 30 minute session can be arranged as a phone consultation or in person. |
