A Performance Nutrition Analysis by Peak Performance Training is a great introduction to the complexities of nutrition. After an initial consultation, we will take circumference and skin-fold tests to determine body composition. Based on the results of your measurements and answers during the consultation, Peak Performance Training will create a personal analysis. The professional program takes the foundation built in the Level II program and fine tunes it for maximum performance.
