training program begins with a foundation phase to reverse
the effects of disuse or unbalanced training, and build the
general strength of muscle and connective tissue.   After
establishing a solid foundation, one moves into a strength
building program to increase efficiency and muscular
endurance.  As strength builds, training begins to focus on
exercises specific to the activity.  At the end of the training
cycle, you will be at your potential for peak performance.
